Lifetime Service & Guarantee

Every Stark Custom Arms knife is handcrafted one at a time with the expectation that it will serve faithfully for decades. I take great pride in every knife that leaves my shop, and I stand behind my workmanship.

If a defect arises due to my craftsmanship or the materials I selected, I will repair or replace the knife at no cost to the original owner - That's my promise.

Repairs After Misuse or Accidental Damage

Accidents happen.

Whether your knife was dropped, damaged, chipped, rusted, or simply needs more work than routine maintenance, I'm still here to help.

While repairs resulting from misuse or neglect are not covered under the lifetime guarantee, I will gladly evaluate your knife and perform repairs whenever reasonably possible.

My goal is not to profit from repairs, but to return your knife to service whenever practical. Repair work outside of the guarantee is offered at fair and reasonable rates, with pricing depending on the extent of the work required.

If a repair isn't possible or wouldn't be in the knife's best interest, I'll tell you honestly.

Before Sending Your Knife

If you believe your knife needs warranty service or repair, please contact me first.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Photos of the knife

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Approximately when the knife was purchased

In many cases, I can determine the best course of action before the knife ever leaves your hands.

Complimentary Lifetime Sharpening

Every Stark Custom Arms knife includes complimentary lifetime sharpening for the original owner.

You are responsible only for shipping the knife to and from my shop.
